Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Leader to join our Miami team.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop leadership, communication, organizational, and team management skills while gaining hands-on exposure to daily business operations.

As a Trainee Leader, you will work closely with team members and management, learn key operational processes, assist with team coordination, and gradually take on greater leadership responsibilities as you progress within the organization.

Responsibilities

Support daily team operations and organizational activities
Assist managers with coordinating team priorities and assignments
Develop strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients
Help maintain high standards of productivity and service
Participate in leadership and professional development training
Assist with resolving day-to-day operational challenges
Track team goals and contribute to performance improvements
Build strong working relationships across departments
Take on additional leadership responsibilities as skills develop

Additional Information

Competitive salary of $50,000 – $57,000 per year
