Job DetailsJob Location: Vineland, NJPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 Base+Commission/monthTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayABOUT THE ROLE Skin and Aesthetics Center is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider, either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant, to provide comprehensive dermatologic care to patients across our network of partner practice locations. As part of our healthcare management services organization, this role offers the opportunity to work in both general dermatology and cosmetic procedures in a collaborative, physician-supervised environment. The ideal candidate is a licensed NP or PA with dermatology experience who is passionate about skin health and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will work autonomously while collaborating with our team of dermatologists and support staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Master's degree in Nursing for NP candidates, or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies for PA candidates) Current and active New Jersey license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant National certification appropriate to the role (NP certification in Family, Adult, or Women's Health, or PA-C certification through the NCCPA) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, dermatology preferred PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Dermatology or aesthetic experience strongly preferred Experience with cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, laser treatments) Board certification or specialty credential in dermatology Bilingual capabilities RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct comprehensive dermatologic examinations and skin cancer screenings Diagnose and treat common dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, and others) Perform minor surgical procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy Provide cosmetic treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser procedures Develop treatment plans and educate patients on skin health and preventive care Collaborate with supervising physicians on complex cases Travel between assigned practice locations within designated service areas Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Reliable transportation required for travel between designated practice locations KEY SKILLS Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency in dermatologic procedures and cosmetic treatments Strong patient communication and education abilities Knowledge of dermatology pharmacology and treatment protocols Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation Professional collaboration with multidisciplinary teams BENEFITS PACKAGE Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education opportunities and professional development Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations Professional liability insurance coverage WORK ENVIRONMENT Modern, well-equipped medical facilities across our network of partner practice locations State-of-the-art dermatology and aesthetic equipment Collaborative, physician-led practice environments with management services support Opportunities for professional growth and specialization within our healthcare management organization Flexible scheduling options within assigned location territories PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use Visual acuity for detailed clinical work and documentation Reliable transportation for travel between assigned practice locations Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally ABOUT SKIN AND AESTHETICS CENTER Skin and Aesthetics Center is a comprehensive healthcare Management Services Organization that partners with select physician practices to provide business services, administrative support, and operational excellence.
