Job Details: Job Location: (P) - NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island - Newport, RI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: Computer Systems Analyst IILocation: Newport, RIClearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Provides mid-level computer systems analysis for classified and unclassified networks and associated IT systems, supporting network engineering, integration, and security analysis. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Perform systems requirements and technology analysis and support system design  Support system integration, verification, validation, and certification  Analyze network metrics, IDS/firewall alerts, and system logs  Identify and implement authentication and encryption methods on enterprise systems Qualifications: This position is designated Key Personnel. Incumbent must be a DoD-Approved Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 3 individual (for example CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP or Associate, GCED, or GCIH) Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.  Mid-level systems analysis and network security analysis skills  Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2 Must hold a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), CompTIA Linux+, and have Intrusion Detection and Intrusion Protection training
