Job Details: Job Location: (P) - NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island - Newport, RI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: Data Entry Operator IILocation: Newport, RIClearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Performs higher-complexity data entry and administrative support for Code 104 enterprise infrastructure, maintaining databases and records that support network, telephone, and media services reporting and call accounting. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Enter, verify, and maintain records across service desk, work order, and call accounting databases  Support telephone call accounting by collecting and organizing call records  Assist with telecommunications site billing data collection and routing  Maintain and quality-check documentation supporting metrics and maintenance reports  Qualifications: Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.  Proficiency with database data entry, verification, and standard office productivity tools
