Job Details: Job Location: (P) - NUWCDIVNPT, Rhode Island - Newport, RI, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Title: Engineer Systems IILocation: Newport, RIClearance required: SECRET Scope of Work: Provides engineering support for network, telephone, and media infrastructure, performing design, integration, and analysis to enhance the NUWCDIVNPT communications environment. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide network, telephone, and media engineering services including design and integration  Perform testing to verify functional requirements and analyze results  Prepare system designs, drawings, topology maps, and technical specifications  Develop feasibility studies, recommendations, and plans of action and milestones Qualifications: Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level.  Engineering experience with network, telephone, or media systems  Personnel supporting the classified and unclassified network infrastructure must hold the certifications required to support the systems in accordance with SECNAV M-5239.2
