The HRBP provides visible, responsive, and practical support to leaders and employees across assigned programs and sites, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, manager coaching, workforce planning, engagement, and compliance. The HRBP works closely with Community Justice Services leadership and the broader Human Resources team to understand program operations, respond to workforce needs, and promote consistent application of agency policies and employment practices.
