Adhere to proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards across work areas. Prepare food items according to recipe specifications and production guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and management to stay informed. Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and promptly report any issues to a supervisor. Complete end-of-shift duties, including ensuring workstations are stocked and ready for the next shift. Follow all health and safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment. Notify management immediately of any issues or potential concerns. To help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests. Qualification: 2 Years’ proven experience in the food industry Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. High School Diploma - Culinary School Degree preferred. Working Conditions: Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. Work extended hours during golf and holiday season Work night and weekends Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending,   Qualifications
