Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Midland, TX 79706Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DayLocated in West Texas, the primary function of the Account Manager at Turbo Drill Industries, Inc. is to concentrate business development efforts in sales and rentals of company products in the USA that enables expanding company markets and product revenue at Turbo Drill Industries Inc.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develops departmental objectives and policies Routinely meets with the company leadership to determine if the business is being operated in accordance with TDI objectives and keep them informed of progress Negotiates and acquires new master service agreements with existing and new customers   Works with other members in sales management in business development to generate and increase sales, in accordance with executive direction and policy guidelines that relate to company products and design. Acts as liaison between customers and engineering team in the planning and development phases of various drilling products. Works with operations to predict proper equipment needs for upcoming work orders. Gives product  information and presentations  to potential customers Work with operations to order proper equipment for upcoming work. Responsible for initiating, communicating and completing action plans that implement quality standards, sourcing and customer-facing within the US Sales program Identifies gaps by analyzing sales processes and procedures to determine system improvements, resolve problems and prepare and implement change action plans. Stays abreast of current trends and anticipates future trends likely to have an impact on customers, products and services. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends in the drilling processes, imparting corrective actions and revalidations Disseminates job summary statistical reports to customers, internally and externally. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities for positive change and value added accomplishments. QualificationsPreferred Qualifications and Education Bachelor’s Degree in quality assurance, business management, engineering or equivalent with 4-6 years of overall progressive experience in project management quality assurance, engineering, operations management or technology experience with increasing levels of responsibility or; Successful analysis and application of quality assurance systems tools and processes Excellent analytical, prioritization, delegation, and multitasking skills Keen analytic, organization, problem solving skills which support and enable sound decision making Outstanding presentation and communication skills and the experience and proclivity to be an outgoing spokesperson and relationship builder Strong commitment to the professional development of staff with a successful track record of recruiting and retaining a diverse team.
