Adventure DentalĀ inĀ Midwest City, OK, isĀ currently seeking an Orthodontist to provide preventive and restorative orthodontic care for all patients, diagnosing and treating orthodontic abnormalities and instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment. This position will report to the Vice President of Orthodontic Services and is for 1 day per week or 3-4 days per month.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
  • Inform patients on general care and health of teeth at regular time intervals and stay informed on the latest orthodontic treatment techniques
  • Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
  • Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
  • Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
  • Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
  • Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
  • Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications

  • State dental license in good standing
  • Board eligibility or board certified with the American Board of Orthodontics
  • Strong interest in working with children
  • Ability to acquire or maintain Medicaid Provider number and NPI number
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle a diverse workload
  • Ability to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time
