This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating with employees within the Donation Processing team. Activities include; work assignments, implementing schedules, training of new employees, reporting any performance or needed disciplinary action to the Donation Processing Manager. Ensuring that equipment is functional and staff is working within published standards that meets and/or exceeds productivity/quality standards.
  • Ensures adequate coverage on a daily basis to meet daily deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Establishes priorities by working with the Donation Processing Manager to understand forecast.
  • Adjusts priorities and resources to meet changing conditions.
  • Ensures that employees have all essential materials such as training guides, Tier Level performance expectations, hourly production/quality goals, client specific processing instructions and all necessary components to achieve production deadlines.
  • Identifies and coordinates training of new employees when necessary, reviews employee performance and provides necessary information to the Donation Processing Manager for review.
  • Facilitates transitions between shifts through exchange of pertinent information to eliminate downtime.
  • Audits, tracks, and verifies weekly payroll, ETO and unscheduled time off.
  • Assures equipment is being operated and maintained properly and safely.
  • Works cooperatively with other departments to communicate shift reports and/or any issues experienced during the shift.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information and interacts with Donation Processing Manager to ensure any/all personnel matters are communicated to Corporate Human Resources.
  • Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

 

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or cashiering roles preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams and providing training.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of payment processing systems or similar software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
