Job Details: Job Location: Milledgeville - Milledgeville, GA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: Up to 50% , Job Category: General Business, The GMC ROTC Recruiting operations Officer (ROO) is responsible for developing and executing the recruitment of the Old Capital Guard Battalion Army ROTC Cadets. Provides sound advice on subject of recruiting, retention, and incentives management. Responsible for gathering, identifying and analyzing recruiting program issues ensuring program effectively and efficiently functions. Makes recommendations to correct program recruiting deficiencies. Travels to preform recruitment visits and interview of qualifying Cadets.
