· Lead small to medium complexity projects,assuming accountability for delivering results

· Manage project team, including company andexternal resources

· Develop project plans, budgets, scope,timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using company PMO tools and templates

· Conduct analyses to estimate and trackproject costs and budgets

· Define resource requirements and negotiateavailability with resource managers

· Manage vendor relationships to align vendorschedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan

· Establish, maintain, and update project risklog. Resolve project issues and escalate as appropriate

· Manage project change control and followexisting policies

· Ensure project-related documentation isaccurate and complete

· Bachelor's degree in business, technology orrelated field preferred

· 5+ years of project management experience

· Candidates should have experience managing acombination of the following project types:

o Network infrastructure and cloudmodernization projects

o Cybersecurity, access control, and securitystandardization

o SCADA and operational technology projects

o Asset management and GIS-related initiatives

o Enterprise applications implementations (CIS,SaaS, and system integrations)

o Application familiarity with: ESRI, IQGEO,Verkada, CUSI, Elements, Splunk, Five9

· Demonstrated success applying projectmanagement concepts and techniques across multiple, simultaneous projects

· Strong communication and presentation skillsacross all levels of the organization

· Demonstrated analytical skills, includingproblem solving and critical thinking, with attention to detail

· Ability to facilitate meetings and managedifficult conversations with tact and diplomacy

· Ability to gain and maintain credibility atall levels of the organization

· Understanding of business process improvementand change management desired

· PMI or equivalent certification preferred
