Production Employee (Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule 6am - 2:30pm 40hrs weekly)

With over 90 years of industry leadership, Prudential Overall Supply is proud to be a trusted name in uniform and textile services. We’re looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our Mat Department at our laundry production facility.

In this role, you’ll work specifically with commercial floor mats, helping sort, lift, carry, and process mats throughout our production operation. This is a physically active position that requires regular handling of heavy mats.

What You’ll Do

• Sort and organize soiled commercial floor mats
• Lift, carry, load, and unload floor mats throughout the production process
• Move mats to and from washing and processing equipment
• Inspect mats for quality and processing needs
• Sort, roll, stack, and prepare clean mats for delivery
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Support other production areas as needed through cross-training

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment
• Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequently lifting and carrying commercial floor mats
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Bending, squatting, reaching, and handling materials
