- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors
- Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities
- Assist in the creation and lead kids club programming
- Check children in and out according to Club procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s experience or any concerns
- Enforce Kids Club policies and safety standards consistently
- Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities
- Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
- Previous teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required. (Minimum 2 years)
- Friendly, energetic, and patient personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain while employed)
- Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct
- Part-time position
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on Club activity.
- Weekdays during the summer are required based on Club activity.
