Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automation roadmaps, including IIoT, robotics, and SCADA systems, to improve manufacturing performance
  • Oversee project lifecycles from concept to commissioning, including managing budgets, timelines, and technical documentation (i.e. SOPs, manuals)
  • Troubleshoot and support PLCs, robotics, and control systems, reducing downtime and resolving technical issues
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process robustness, efficiency, and safety
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering personnel
  • Ensure all automation systems meet food safety, sanitary design, and regulatory requirements
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
