Job DetailsJob Location: Russ Darrow Metro Nissan - Milwaukee, WI 53224Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayRuss Darrow Metro Nissan is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic! You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure their safety and performance. Using advanced tools and equipment, you’ll tackle mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency, while following manufacturer and dealership standards. This role requires a skilled mechanic with a passion for solving problems and delivering high-quality service. We are committed to supporting your growth through technician certification programs and paid ongoing training opportunities including manufacturer and ASE certification. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic inspections Complete multipoint inspections and accurately document vehicle condition Assist with basic repairs such as brakes, batteries, filters, and light mechanical work Support senior technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes for all services Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Properly use and maintain shop equipment and tools Communicate findings clearly with service advisors and team members Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to quality standards Continuously develop skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer/ASE programs About Us The Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!    Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
