The Sales Enablement Associate is a key member of the Sales Enablement Team within Distribution, supporting the firm’s institutional, broker-dealer, financial advisor, defined contribution and retail channels. The Associate will support the administration, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce, Snowflake and related data platforms, helping ensure the Distribution organization operates with trusted data, efficient processes and scalable technology. This individual will partner across Distribution and Technology to translate business needs into effective solutions, strengthen data quality and governance, and identify opportunities to apply emerging AI capabilities to improve sales productivity and the user experience.

Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to:

  • Administer, configure and continuously improve Salesforce using declarative tools and platform best practices
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, partnering with Technology on advanced development and integrations as needed
  • Evaluate, test and deploy CRM enhancements that improve sales productivity and user experience; provide ongoing end-user support, troubleshooting, training and documentation
  • Support the administration and optimization of Snowflake as a central repository for sales, marketing and client data, collaborating with Technology to maintain data pipelines and integrations
  • Organize, cleanse, enrich and validate enterprise sales data for use across Salesforce, reporting and other downstream platforms
  • Develop and maintain business logic supporting advisor hierarchies, firm relationships, territories, ownership and sales attribution
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity through governance, validation, monitoring and reconciliation processes; investigate and resolve discrepancies across Salesforce, Snowflake and integrated systems
  • Partner on the ingestion and management of internal and third-party data while promoting consistency, accuracy and compliance with organizational data governance and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and pilot opportunities to use platform-native and enterprise AI capabilities to automate workflows, surface insights and improve sales-team productivity
  • Prototype AI-enabled solutions that make it easier for sales users to access information, generate reports and obtain answers using natural-language interactions
  • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and productivity tools, including Claude Cowork and Microsoft Copilot, recommending adoption where they can deliver measurable value and developing reusable solutions for the broader team
  • Champion responsible use of AI by partnering with Technology, Compliance and Data Governance to promote accurate, secure and compliant solutions

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, data analytics or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred; experience with Snowflake, Tableau and/or SQL highly desirable
  • Experience in, or a strong interest in, financial services or asset management preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage business and technology stakeholders to assess needs, develop solutions and deliver results
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying problems, developing creative solutions and resolving issues
  • Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to business processes, data management and sales enablement
