Technician III
As a Technician III you will calibrate, set-up and uses sophisticated and or specialized measurement and test equipment. Â Measures and records data for assigned projects. Â Interprets data and prepares recommendations. Â Writes reports and communicates results.
You Will Do This By:
- Performs a variety of non-routine assignments of moderate complexity, including various engineering tests using sophisticated and/or specialized measurement devices and test equipment
- Fabricates prototype components and/or assemblies for product testing
- Documents all aspects of tests including objectives, procedures, results, conclusions and recommendations
- Compiles and computes a variety of engineering data; analyzes test and design data and prepare reports
- Analyzes problems and recommends solutions; expedites prototype parts or assemblies
- Develops, prepares and makes recommendations for schematics, designs, test procedures and/or specifications
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in a Technical Field or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience working with small/large engines, engine powered equipment or industry related products
- Ability to set-up, calibrate and use sophisticated and or specialized measurement devices and test equipment
- Understanding of a specialized technical area
- Demonstrated ability to learn complex engineering software
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and create technical documents
- Fluent in primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location and able to read English
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
