As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a self-motivated HVAC Service Technician with a positive attitude to join our residential service team on weekends.

This Weekend HVAC Service Technician role is ideal for experienced professionals who want strong earning potential, high-quality calls, and weekday flexibility — without sacrificing stability or benefits.

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Bonus Payout Details:

• 25% paid after 90 days
• $1,000 per month each month after until fully paid

What YOU Will Do as a Weekend HVAC Service Technician

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Clearly explain findings, solutions, and recommendations to homeowners
• Ensure all work meets safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service experience

What YOU Will Bring

• 2–5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• HVAC degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
