Department: Respiratory Therapy

Schedule: Day-shift, part-time

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Assess patients with respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and clinical needs.
• Provide and monitor respiratory therapies, administer medications, and communicate patient progress to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health, treatment plans, and available community resources.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and supplies, and respond to emergency and resuscitation situations as needed.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
