Job DetailsJob Location: Milwaukee, WI 53233Salary Range: $14.00 - $19.00 HourlyShift Lead — Milwaukee, WI $14-$19/hour, plus tips. Paid leadership training. A real step toward management. Run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up and a proven path into store management. What you'll do Run the shift and keep service fast, accurate, and friendly Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep Route deliveries and keep drivers moving Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift Keep operational standards on point start to finish Note: Shift Leads run the shift but don't have supervisory authority (hiring, discipline) over other employees — that stays with management. Pay and benefits $14-$19/hour Tips Paid training (Restaurant Safety, Shift Manager, Food Safety, and more) Full-time (30+ hrs/week): medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off Part-time (under 30 hrs/week): paid time off QualificationsWhat you need 18 or older Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record Able to read, write, and communicate in English Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Comfortable on your feet all shift — bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs Able to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume environment Where this goes This is a leadership role with a clear next step into Assistant Manager and General Manager.
