Production Assembler and Employee Owner

Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling products in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications and ensuring that they meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Read shop tickets and assemble products according to specifications.

- Use hand and power tools to assemble products.

- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Meet production numbers and deadlines.

- Punctual and regular attendance.

- Willingness to learn.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50# regularly.

- Ability to read and follow work instructions.

- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
