Per Diem RN ( Peds)- Children hospital

cTrace Solutions is seeking a PRN in Portland , OR. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus.

Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: $60 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule:

8 AM- 2 PM

7 AM- 7:30 PM

7 PM- 7:30 AM

Duration: Per Diem

Key responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including infants, children, and adolescents, in accordance with established protocols.
Assess patients’ health conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform nursing interventions as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and families to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients’ families on treatment plans, medication administration, and post-discharge care instructions.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and promote patient safety and infection control.

$60 per hour, based on experience

$200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available
