Job Details: Job Location: Minerva Dairy - Minerva, OH, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Shift: Graveyard, Job Category: Manufacturing, Shift Schedule - 4pm - 4am (Rotating 12 hour shifts with every other weekend being a three day weekend), Weekends and overtime required for business needs. Shift Pay - Starting at $24/hrAbout the RoleWe are seeking an EFV Operator to support safe, consistent, and well-documented operations in an environment where precision, procedural compliance, and attention to detail are essential. This role is well suited for someone who works effectively within clear instructions, maintains focus on work quality, and contributes reliably to the team’s day-to-day performance.Core ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment and complete assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelinesFollow work instructions, checklists, and operating protocols with a high level of consistencyMonitor equipment performance and identify deviations, malfunctions, or out-of-spec conditionsRecord activities, results, and incidents clearly and thoroughlyPerform routine checks before, during, and after operation to ensure process requirements are metWork closely with supervisors and team members to maintain operational continuity and address day-to-day issuesKeep the work area safe, orderly, and ready for operationSupport compliance with internal standards, safety policies, and applicable regulatory requirements Qualifications: Required Skills & AbilitiesAbility to work within defined processes and follow instructions accuratelyConsistent focus on quality, safety, and documentationSustained attention to operational details and willingness to verify work before completionComfort in a role with clear responsibilities, team coordination, and established expectationsAbility to identify operational issues and communicate them in a timely mannerAbility to maintain a steady work pace while responding to changing operational needsOther RequirementsPrevious experience operating equipment, working in manufacturing, production, or a similar environment, as applicableAvailability to work shifts or operational schedules, if required for the roleCommitment to safety, quality, and compliance practices
