Overview

Work closely with internal stakeholders—including portfolio management, operations, compliance, and client service teams—to gather, validate, and synthesize data for client reporting. The role of the Galliard Client Reporting team is to provide information to the client or consultant for Galliard’s Institutional stable value and fixed income products. This position reports to the Manager of the Galliard Client Reporting team.

 

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and package information using various internal and external applications to produce ad-hoc and routing client communications
  • Monitor reporting deadlines and ensure timely delivery in accordance with client expectations.
  • Responsible for responding to ad-hoc and routing client and consultant data requests
  • Email routing client and consultant information including but not limited to performance, monthly and quarterly reports, and investment strategy characteristics
  • Completing client and/or consultant specific questionnaires
  • Management of deadline dependencies, coordination of information from various internal providers, and packaging and assembly of reports
  • Work closely with a variety of diverse teams including Investment Technology, Investments, Operations, Client Service, Marketing, and Compliance
  • Participate in peer reviews of information, performance quality control procedures, and spot check data for accuracy
  • Peak reporting periods require additional hours. These periods are typically in January, April, July and October.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Operate computer programs and software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats
  • Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)
  • Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to understand client concerns, questions, and problem solve
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Recognize potential problems with data and escalate as needed
  • Investment industry experience
  • Reporting experience
  • Willingness to understand and learn about stable value and fixed income investments
  • Experience using systems such as Vermilion Reporting Suite and ePAM
  • Eager to find ways to improve and enhance processes
  • Consistent and timely follow-up

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000

 

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
