RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the heart of house team
Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
Assist in final preparation of dishes
Eliminate obstacles in service, food prep lines or dishwashing
Support other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Understanding of health and safety rules and regulations
Well-organized
Excellent communication
Customer-oriented approach

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to stand for periods of time.
Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 lbs. required.
