This role is critical to ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency across production, while maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing shop environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates with a strong sense of accountability, and brings a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.   A successful Laser Operator is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. They work efficiently to keep materials moving through the shop, are willing to put in extra time when needed to meet demand and take ownership of both their output and their workspace.
