Role:
This role leads and monitors day to day client activities and manages workloads to established timelines.聽 This role also provides a tactical voice to the client in order to maintain and refine overall strategies. The Media Supervisor is also responsible for identification of problems/challenges and developing strategies to address them.聽
In addition, this role is responsible to support business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives timely and effectively.

Qualifications/Traits:
1.聽聽聽聽 Education:
a.聽聽聽聽 A bachelor鈥檚 degree in a related field.聽
2.聽聽聽聽 Skills and Experience:
a.聽聽聽聽 5-8 years of media strategy (current title should be Sr. Media Planner or greater).
b.聽聽聽聽 Digital experience preferred.
c.聽聽聽聽 Experience managing multiple clients, multiple departmental teams.
d.聽聽聽聽 Exposure to planning all media channels, both nationally and locally.
e.聽聽聽聽 Exposure and experience with business analytics.
f.聽聽聽聽聽 Solid experience delivering programs from hypothetical to flawless real world execution.聽
g.聽聽聽聽 Robust negotiation skills and experience with multi-media integrated packages.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to budget, relevant experience, qualifications, and tenure in similar roles. Consideration may also be given to internal salary data for current or former employees in the same or similar positions.
Salary Range: $80,000 - 90,000 annually
Omnicom鈥檚 policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
