Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative and supportive educational team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success.
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license required.
Experience working with upper elementary students preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Commitment to supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
