Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, and technological issues related to parking facilities.  Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of equipment.  Cleaning and janitorial responsibilities include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping. Respond promptly to emergency repairs to maintain uninterrupted parking services. Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.  Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Change out signage for lots.  Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
