This position focuses on preventing loss through awareness, hospitality, and teamwork while supporting daily store operations. Team members are expected to deliver excellent customer service, remain attentive to their surroundings, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers, all while contributing to a secure and enjoyable shopping experience. Team members will participate in our paid training program, which includes hands-on, in-person learning with experienced trainers.
