What You’ll Do 

The Cash Management Officer is responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships by identifying, assessing, recommending, and supporting cash management solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives. This position manages an existing portfolio while proactively prospecting to develop new business opportunities among established bank customers and prospects. Working closely with Business and Ag Banking, the Cash Management Officer will identify opportunities to grow deposits, deepen relationships, strengthen customer retention, and deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

• Proven relationship management and business development abilities
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of comprehensive commercial payment solutions, including Cash Management Services, Business Credit Cards, and Merchant Services
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills

Background & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
