Based in the Kansas City Metro, we specialize in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, power washing, and high-end Christmas light installations.

“We’re hanging your lights and checking them twice!”Bring some sparkle to the season with Shack Shine! We’re offering professional holiday light installation services and looking for experienced installers to join our team from September through December.

Position Details:

• Position: Holiday Light Technician
• Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday–Saturday, Start time at 7:00 a.m.
• Location: Report to Mission, KS | Serve the Kansas City Metro Area
• Pay: Up to $22/hour (based on experience) + commission + bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Installer: 1–2 years of commercial-grade Christmas or holiday light installation experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable with Heights: Confident working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet)
• Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with no major infractions and 21+ years of age
• Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
• Dependable: Reliable, punctual, and available up to 6 days per week
• Self-Starter: Works efficiently both independently and as part of a team
