Provide evidence-based treatment for adults with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other medical conditions. Monitor progress and adjust treatment to support each resident’s goals. Collaborate with residents, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team. Complete documentation using NetHealth point-of-service technology.
