About the Job: The Branch Manager at Ironclad will lead efforts to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and ensure branch profitability. We value candidates from diverse backgrounds, as our branches serve a wide range of markets and product lines. As a champion of customer service and safety-first practices, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence within your team and with clients.   Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue and profitability by identifying business opportunities, growing sales, and forecasting resource needs for branch operations. Develop and manage the branch's profit and loss (P&L) statement and business plan. Build and maintain a high-performance culture that supports individual and team success. Monitor branch performance through KPIs, safety metrics, revenue, compliance, and new business opportunities. Collaborate with functional managers (Finance, Safety, HR, DOT Compliance) to resolve business issues such as revenue, billing, performance, and compliance. Prioritize safety by adhering to all workplace policies and procedures. Manage customer service and relationships to support growth. Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with company policies and procedures. QualificationsJob Qualifications: 7 years of management experience, including P&L oversight and profitability improvement, or military leadership with financial planning experience. Leadership skills in recruiting, managing, and developing personnel for high performance and future opportunities. Military leadership experience is valued as management experience. Bachelor's degree or 5 years of operations management in leasing, industrial, construction, or related fields. Strong business acumen with the ability to make quick decisions. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and state-specific safety regulations preferred.
