Responsibilities:

• Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  
• Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
  

Requirements:

• Active NP license or PA in IL
  
• DEA license
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  
• Nursing home experience strongly preferred
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary: $125,000–$140,000 annually
