Overview

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Designer / Inside Sales Consultant to guide clients through the kitchen remodeling process from first contact to final purchase. This role focuses on consultation, relationship-building, and sales—not creating technical designs.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand needs, style preferences, and budgets
Guide clients through the full project journey, from inquiry to order completion
Present kitchen products, finishes, and solutions with confidence
Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure a smooth process
Follow up with leads and manage inside sales pipeline

Qualifications

Passion for kitchen design and home aesthetics
Proven inside sales or consultative sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
