Registered Nurse

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and solid RegisteredNurse (RN) to join our growing multi-specialty practice in Monroe,NY. This full-time role will support our Primary Care Department andis ideal for a nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care ina team-oriented environment.

The RN will work closely with providers and clinical staffto support day-to-day patient care, assist with patient assessments, telephonetriage, education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties within theprimary care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting
  
• Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation
  
• Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed
  
• Administer medications and injections per provider orders
  
• Support telephone triage and patient follow-up
  
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
  
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow
  
• Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State
  
• Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred
  
• Strong communication and patient service skills
  
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
  
• Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment
  
• Basic computer and EHR knowledge preferred
  

Compensation

Salary range of app $42–$48 per hour.
