A Postdoctoral Research Fellow position is open under Dr. Nagarajan Vaidehi within the department of Computational and Quantitative Medicine.聽 This project involves the development and application of interpretable machine learning methods to uncover allosteric regulation of disordered regions in the dynamics of G-protein coupled receptors to enable design of allosteric modulators. You will work on developing design principles of targeted protein degradation in collaboration with Pharma.

Your qualifications should include:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 PhD or M.D. in Chemistry, Physics or Biochemistry with experience in protein dynamics studies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledgeable about concepts in statistical thermodynamics, in python scripting and C++ programming.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Familiarity with Molecular Dynamics methods and experience in code development is preferred.
