About the Role:
Lansdale School of Business is looking for a passionate and dedicated Financial Aid Advisor to join our full-time team in North Wales, PA. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students navigate the financial aid process so they can focus on achieving their educational goals. Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective and current students through the financial aid application and award process
- Evaluate and process FAFSA applications, verification documents, and financial aid packages
- Counsel students and families on federal, state, and institutional aid programs, loans, and payment options
- Ensure compliance with federal and state financial aid regulations and institutional policies
- Maintain accurate student financial aid records and documentation in the student information system
- Collaborate with admissions and academic departments to support student enrollment and retention
- Stay current on changes to Title IV federal aid programs and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
     Prior experience in financial aid, Enrollment Management, or Student Services
- Working knowledge of FAFSA, Title IV federal aid programs, and COD/NSLDS systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with student information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Compassionate, student-centered approach with a commitment to helping diverse populations succeed
