Personnel Clerk

The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) is actively seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Clerk for their Personnel Department in Montgomery, AL.

Location: Personnel Department, Montgomery, AL.

Salary: $25,692 - $40,099.20

Job Summary:

This is full-time, routine clerical work of limited complexity and variety. Work involves working alongside other Personnel staff members during the onboarding and hiring process of new ADOC employees. Employees in this position perform clerical duties which follow prescribed and well-established procedures. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and have skills to prepare and maintain accurate records and files. Collaborating well with others in a team environment in order to accomplish hiring goals is a priority.
