A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing maintenance is required.
Additionally, applicants should have at least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic II or hold a license in a major maintenance field.

Responsible for the day to day management of preventive maintenance and repair operations. Responds, troubleshoots and coordinates action(s) to be taken to correct problems that may occur. Serves as a point of contact for the Facilities Supervisor. rec:max

Qualifications

Education- High School, GED, or Related Trade School. Experience-5 years experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing maintenance related field. 3 years experience as a Maintenance Mechanic II or carry a license in any of the major maintenance fields.
