Responsibilities

uties and Responsibilities: • Attending academic classes and providing students with clear, accurate, and comprehensive notes of information conveyed in class sessions. • Providing notes to students in accessible formats (Word documents, PowerPoints, outlines, etc.). • Working in a professional, helpful, and courteous manner. • Attending regular trainings regarding note-taking best practices. • Monitoring the front desk in the CDS main office when needed. • Answering the main office phone line. • Assisting with daily test proctoring. • Assisting with campus-wide events such as Orientation and Warhawk Welcome Week.


Qualifications

Must have completed at least 18 undergraduate credit hours. A sample of course notes may be requested.


Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Ability to develop positive rapport with students. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
