Mooresville Plant is looking for Production Line Operators to work 12-hour shifts 4 day/nights on 4 day/nights off (6:30 to 19:00 or 18:30 to 7:00): (pay is based on experience. Sign on & Retention Bonus may apply depending upon position)

Qualifications

 

  • HS Diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to complete required training, certifications, and safety programs

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
  • Forklift experience or willingness to become forklift‑certified (company‑paid training provided)
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience working with industrial equipment
  • Basic computer skills for data entry or production tracking
  • Experience working in a team‑based environment
