What You Will Do

  • Creates effective store graphics and visual merchandising on time and within brand architecture

  • Communicates with appropriate members of the Store Environment Team and Display Management Team to ensure accuracy

  • Keeps the customer at front of mind while developing point of purchase materials to meet the needs of internal clients

  • Manages tasks to ensure projects are on time and on budget

  • Participates in the evolution of and follows Lowe's Visual Standards Guidelines

  • Updates vendor signage and makes recommendations on revisions to assure compliance with the Visual Standards Guide

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• 4-Year Degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art or equivalent
• 2-5 Years of Experience in Retail design

• Strong skills in the following MAC based applications: InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
• Strong creative conceptual skills and ability to communicate those ideas effectively

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Very strong time management/organization skills
• Strong project management skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project effectively including quality & cost control, on-time delivery and postmortem analysis.
