This role involves performing complex machine set-up and operations while ensuring quality production in a fast-paced environment. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift which could last 2-3 months.Key Responsibilities Set up and operate complex production equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections. Complete production documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and support other departments as needed. Qualifications:  Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Above-average mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret precision instruments. Ability to work safely in a production environment with exposure to lubricants, coolants, and other chemicals. Quality-minded, detail-aware, and safety-conscious. Willingness to complete training on day shift prior to transitioning to the assigned shift. Openness to learn and train on multiple production lines to support operational flexibility. Flexibility to work in other departments or on alternate shifts as needed.Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum of 2 years of experience setting up and operating complex manufacturing equipment.Physical Requirements Ability to lift 25–50 lbs. without assistance. Prolonged standing and walking on concrete floors.Working Conditions Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, forklifts, and moving machinery. Work may be performed in non-climate-controlled areas.
