Operations Director

Green Mountain Support Services, a 2026 Best Places to Work in Vermont winner, is hiring an Operations Director in Lamoille County!

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.  GMSS offers an exceptional benefits package including 6 weeks CTO, 14 paid holidays, and robust health insurance options.

We are looking for an accomplished Operations Director who understands the importance of operational infrastructure to a non-profit’s ability to deliver on its mission.  Our next Operations Director will join a capable and highly collaborative senior leadership team and will ensure our employees have the tools and resources needed to provide exceptional support to the adults with disabilities whom we serve.   This position will be responsible for a diverse operational portfolio including marketing and communications, IT, administration, grants, contracts, facilities/fleet, and special events.
