You play a critical role in ensuring every off-premise order reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and Texas-sized flavor. You don’t just hand out bags; you deliver the Texas/Sagebrush Steakhouse experience.

What You’ll Do

· Take and process to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently

· Double-check every order to ensure it’s hot, fresh, and perfectly packed

· Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team

· Greet guests picking up orders with a warm, friendly attitude

· Keep the to-go area clean, stocked, and running smoothly

· Support delivery drivers with organized, ready-to-go orders

· Support all company initiatives as directed (Reviews, Loyalty Clubs, etc.)

You’re the captain of carryout and the guardian of great guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
