Sports Bar Shift Leader

Job Details: Job Location: Jackpot Junction - Morton, MN, Position Type: Full-Time, Education Level: None, Salary Range: $14.00 - $29.31Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Varies (+Weekends), Job Category: Food / Beverage, ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Promote a high level of hospitality to maintain profitability of operations. Open or close shifts as deemed by the Beverage Operations Manager. Monitor staffing levels during shift. Ensure proper training of Sports Bar staff during shift. Maintain product quality to the expectations of the Beverage Operations Manager. Assist with monthly inventory. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Receive all goods in accordance with company policies and procedures. Perform regular Sports Bar duties (e.g. bartending, waiting tables, etc.). Lead by example. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications: EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Experience in the Food & Beverage industry required. ServSafe certification preferred.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Excellent customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong training skills. Able to work nights and weekends. Knowledge of POS system. Bar equipment knowledge.UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourage others to do the same.PHYSICAL DEMANDS Mobility throughout the facility. Frequent heavy lifting. Frequent bending and stooping.
