Your Role:

  • Provide compassionate, comprehensive care to children and adults.
     
  • Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and create customized care plans.
     
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and health maintenance.
     
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality outcomes.
     
  • Manage patient transitions across care settings (e.g., admissions, referrals).
     
  • Stay current with medical trends and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
     

What You Bring:

  • Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)
     
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
     
  • Active and unrestricted NP license in New Jersey
     
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
     
  • A positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
